There is no shortage of activities in Winter Park, Colorado this winter. Starting in the morning, festivities take place all day long at Winter Park Resort. There is a dog sledding demonstration, gear demo, ax throwing, backcountry basics clinics, avalanche education and a free concert from Telluride Bluegrass Festival winner, Bowregard.
Vendors include Rossignol, Grass Sticks, Rocky Mountain Underground, Romp skis, Icelantic skis, Burton Snowboards, Folsom Custom Skis and Cold Smoke Splitboards. Come check out all of the newest and latest technology to help make skiing and snowboarding the best experience yet.
Wrap up the fun day with slopeside fireworks over the beautiful snow peaked mountain. Watch the sunset over the Continental Divide and take in the serene beauty of Winter Park. Enjoy the warmth and view being gathered around the bonfire with delicious s’mores. There are great giveaways and it will be a day of fun to celebrate the winter season.
