On April 6th from 10 am to 5 pm enjoy a beach party and fun in the sun. Be sure to bust out the SPF and get ready for a day full of activities on the slopes. Dance to Jimmy Buffet covers, where Jerry Diaz and Hanna’s Reef play all of your favorite tropical hits. Enjoy or spectate a round of Spikeball on the snow. Head to the Sunspot for your favorite tropical drink while you gaze out incredible mountain views. Why would you head to the ocean when you can have the ocean beach feel right on the snow?!
Enjoy some of the best spring skiing conditions in the history of Winter Park with a deep snowpack allowing for plenty of coverage to explore the mountain. Carve through soft snow and enjoy the liveliness of the activities below at the base.
Saturday, April 6th Schedule:
10 am to 2 pm: Luau at the Sunspot deck
12 pm to 2 pm: On snow Spikeball Tournament (at the base near the Red Chair Plaza)
2 pm to 3 pm: Fire Performance on Village Plaza Stage
3 pm to 5 pm: FREE Spring Music Concert with Jerry Diaz and Hanna’s Reef
About the band, Jerry Diaz & Hanna’s Reef:
Featuring hits from Jimmy Buffet, Zac Brown, Kenny Chesney, Beach Boys and fan favorite tropical songs. They are based out of Galveston Bay-Port Arthur area, the band knows first-hand about life on the Texas coast. Their claim to fame came about from a popular fishing spot in Galveston Bay, near where the band livers live. Enjoy these fun tropical cover songs as you soak up the mountain views, sun and snow.
